NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 19, 2015, and entered in 2009 CA 013475 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2007-3, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-3 is the Plaintiff and JIM TSIOGAS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JIM TSIOGAS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; GROWTH MANAGEMENT, LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY; GULF COAST PROPERTIES OF SARASOTA, INC. are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on February 27, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
