NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on January 5, 2017, in Civil Case No. 16-CA-000589 , of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-WCW1 is the Plaintiff, and KENNETH LETCHER GIBSON; MARIA GIBSON; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; UNKNOWN TENANT #3, UNKNOWN TENANT #4, the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession, are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on April 5, 2017 at 9:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 34 AND 35, BLOCK 1980, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 28, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 101 THROUGH 111, INCUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
