NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 5 day of January, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-000593, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank N.A., as trustee, on behalf of the holders of the J.P. Morgan Mortgage Acquisition Trust 2006-CH2 Asset Backed Pass Through Certificates, Series 2006-CH2, is the Plaintiff and BENJAMIN S. ABES A/K/A BENJAMIN SOLOMON ABES; NICOLE A. PEASE A/K/A NICOLE ANNE PEASE A/K/A NICOLE MCDONOUGH; and STONEYBROOK AT GATEWAY MASTER HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 9:00 AM on the 6 day of February, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
