NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 5, 2017, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-050127 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein MTGLQ INVESTORS, LP, is Plaintiff, and AMALIA RICO, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 3 day of February, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit 2612, Building 26, BELLASOL CONDOMINIUM 6, PHASE IV, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded by Instrument 2005000136100, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
