NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 15, 2016, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-002056 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET INVESTMENT LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-4 is Plaintiff and WALTER N. ANTHONY, JR., MARIA P. ANTHONY; CYPRESS CAY PROPERTY ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A HUNTER ANTHONY; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A LUZ MILA; are Defendants, the Office of Linda Doggett, Lee County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 6 day of February, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 101, Cypress Cay, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 71, Pages 5 to 9, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
By Virtue of that certain Special Warranty Deed recorded 05/05/04 in Official Records Book 4282, Page 405, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff s mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
