3. NORTH 89° 58' 32” WEST, 83.35 FEET, THENCE;
4. NORTH 00° 17' 33” WEST, 146.41 FEET, TO A POINT ON AFORESAID SOUTHERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE, THENCE;
5. NORTH 89° 54' 40” EAST, 83.35 FEET ALONG SAID SOUTHERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE TO THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
