NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on December 19, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-051261 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida. Wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2006-HE6, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE6, is Plaintiff and JOHNNY J. PENA A/K/A JOHNNY PENA A/K/AJOHN PENA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHNNY J. PENA A/K/A JOHNNY PENA A/K/A JOHN PENA; CITY OF CAPE CORAL; FUSION FINANCIAL, LLC AS ASSIGNEE OF CHASE BANK USA N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION, are the defendants. If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the Clerk no later than 60 days after the sale.
