NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 7, 2016, entered in Case No. 14-005127-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PENNYMAC LOAN SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff and Camlan Thi Nguyen a/k/a Camilan T. Nguyen a/k/a Cam Lan Thi Nguyen a/k/a Camlan Nguyen; The Unknown Spouse of Camlan Thi Nguyen a/k/a Camilan T. Nguyen a/k/a Cam Lan Thi Nguyen a/k/a Camlan Nguyen; Any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual Defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 23rd day of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK A, CLEARVIEW HIGHLANDS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6 PAGE 53, LESS THE SOUTH 7.5 FEET CONVEYED TO THE CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG FILED IN O.R. BOOK 3323 PAGE 641, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
