NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 7, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-005983-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR SEQUOIA MORTGAGE TRUST 2005-4, is Plaintiff and GUY L. YOVAN, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 6th day of February, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 16 and the East 10.00 feet of Lot 15, Block A, Boca Ciega Isle, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 23, Pages 31 and 32, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 644 Boca Ciega Isle Drive, St. Pete Beach, FL 33706
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
