VASSAR, et. al., are Defendants. KEN BURKE, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00AM , on the 30th day of January, 2017, the following described property:
LOT 75, ESQUIRE MANOR, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 32, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
