NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 7, 2016, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-009219 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, successor in interest to Wachovia Mortgage, F.S.B. f/k/a World Savings Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and Branch Banking and Trust Company, successor in interest to Colonial Bank, N.A., United States Of America, Donald S. Thomasson, Tiffany Thomasson, Scott Thomasson, Jennifer Thomasson, Eric Thomasson, Andrea Thomasson, Brian Thomasson, Amanda Thomasson Himmelsbach, Jason Himmelsbach, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 7th day of February, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
