NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 6, 2016 in Civil Case No. 52-2011-CA-003995 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR BCAP TRUST LLC 2007-AA4 is Plaintiff and BRIAN THOMAS, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 7TH day of February, 2017 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT N, BLOCK 1, AND ALSO THAT PART OF LOT M, BEGINNING 4 FEET IN A WESTERLY DIRECTION FROM THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT N, THENCE RUN IN A SOUTHEASTERLY DIRECTION TO THE INTERSECTION OF LOT M AND LOT N, SAID INTERSECTION BEING THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT N, AND THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT M, UNIT A OF BAYSIDE SUBDIVISION NO. 4, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 57 AND 58, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
