NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 9, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2012-9832-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and ENID BERRIOS, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 7TH day of February, 2017 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 44 and the West 10 feet of Lot 45, Fairway Manor, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 38, Pages 36 and 37, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
