NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2014-CA-003718 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC, Plaintiff and Ronald J. Pownall a/k/a Ronald Pownall are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on March 22, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT(S) 181, SEMINOLE LAKE GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES LAKESIDE ANNEX, ACORDING TO PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 64, PAGE(S) 47 AND 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
