NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2016-CA-003612 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Ditech Financial LLC f/k/a Green Tree Servicing LLC, Plaintiff and Brenda Sue Licata a/k/a Brenda S. Licata a/k/a Brenda Licata, Trustee u/t/d 10-23-2009 are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on February 16, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 207, OF THE GARDENS 106, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4188, PAGE 1221, ET SEQ., AND AS AMENDED AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 18, PAGES 90 THROUGH 93, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
