Final Judgment was awarded on January 12, 2016 in Civil Case No. 15-001187-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff, and CHATERAN AMNAY A/K/A CHATERAM AMNAY; WELLS FARGO BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A AMARITA AMNAY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

PARCEL ID NUMBER: 262815747000020240
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
