NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 12, 2016, entered in Case No. 16-003039-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein James B. Nutter & Company is the Plaintiff and Maria Yannaroudis a/k/a Mary Yannaroudis; Unknown Spouse of Maria Yannaroudis a/k/a Mary Yannaroudis; United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 31st day of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK C, GULFVIEW RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 71, PAGES 31-33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
