NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated October 31, 2016, entered in Case No. 15-003764-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, as Trustee for Residential Accredit Loans, Inc., Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-QS10 is the Plaintiff and Marva Clark Murray a/k/a Marva Murray a/k/a Marva Garza; Unknown Spouse of Marva Clark Murray a/k/a Marva Murray a/k/a Marva Garza are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 31st day of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 21.38 FEET OF THE NORTH 50 FEET OF LOT 3 AND THE NORTH 85 OF LOT 4, BLOCK 7, MAP OF THE TOWN OF DUNEDIN, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 23 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
