NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 12, 2016, and entered in 15-003198-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST SERIES 2006-OP2 is the Plaintiff and STEVEN D. WARD A/K/A STEVEN E. WARD A/K/A STEVEN DALE WARD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEVEN D. WARD A/K/A STEVEN E. WARD A/K/A STEVEN DALE WARD N/K/A LAURA WARD are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on February 07, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
