NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, dated December 6th, 2016, entered in Case No. 14-008416-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HMC Assets LLC solely in its capacity as seperate Trustee of Tampa Community Development I Trust is the Plaintiff and Dawn Hunt a/k/a Dawn Hunt-Gasbarro a/k/a Dawn T. Hunt a/k/a Dawn T. Hunt Gasbarro a/k/a Dawn Teresa Hunt a/k/a Dawn Hunt Gasbarro; Louis D. Gasbarro a/k/a Louis Donald Gasbarro; The Unknown Spouse of Dawn Hunt a/k/a Dawn Hunt-Gasbarro a/k/a Dawn T. Hunt a/k/a Dawn T. Hunt Gasbarro a/k/a Dawn Teresa Hunt a/k/a Dawn Hunt Gasbarro; The Unknown Spouse of Louis D. Gasbarro a/k/a Louis Donald Gasbarro; Deborah S. Gasbarro; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, And Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(S) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees Or Other Claimants; The Shores of Long Bayou Homeowners' Association, Inc.; Shores of Long Bayou VIII Condominium Association, Inc.; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 8th day of February, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 8503, THE SHORES OF LONG BAYOU VIII, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 12166, PAGE 2242, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 126, PAGES 61 THROUGH 68, AND ANY AMENDMENTS MADE THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
