NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 6th, 2016, entered in Case No. 10-010631-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and Florina Zhutaj, As Trustee Under The 311 Avanda Land Trust Dated March 25th, 2009; Arben Zhutaj; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Incorporated As Nominee For BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP; Hibiscus Gardens Association, Inc.; Tenant #1 N/K/A Jurinlis Vazquez; Tenant #2 N/K/A Emiliano Mendoza; Tenant #3 N/K/A Eberto Perez; Tenant #4 N/K/A Jane Doe; The Unknown Beneficiary Of The 311 Avanda Land Trust Dated March 25, 2009 are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 7th day of February, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
