NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order on Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale, dated October 13th, 2016, entered in Case No. 15-005689-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and Diamond L. Forbes; The Unknown Spouse Of Diamond L Forbes; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) who are not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimants; Pinellas County Board Of County Commissioners; United States Of America On Behalf Of U.S. Department Of Housing And Urban Development; Tower Branch F/K/A Southtrust Bank F/K/A South Trust Bank, N.A; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 10th day of February, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, LESS THE NORTH 1/2 THEREOF AND ALL OF LOT 5, ALL IN BLOCK A, OF BEULAH PARK NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGE 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
