NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 5, 2016, entered in Case No. 09-019667-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York as Trustee for the Benefit of the Alternative Loan Trust 2007-6 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-6 is the Plaintiff and Edward Graziano a/k/a Edward J. Graziano; Weybridge Woods Homeowners' Association, Inc.; Debra Graziano; Unknown Tenants/Owners are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 1st day of February, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT A-5, WEYBRIDGE WOODS - UNIT A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 81, PAGE 81, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
