NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on December 12, 2016 in Civil Case No. 16-002465-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, DITECH FINANCIAL LLC is the Plaintiff, and CHARLES LIMBRUNNER; JANE LIMBRUNNER; UNKNOWN TENANT 2 N/K/A CHRIS LIMBRUNNER; UNKNOWN TENANT 3 N/K/A DREW (REFUSED LAST NAME); ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on January 31, 2017 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 67, OF KEENE PARK UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
