NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 9, 2016, and entered in Case No. 16-001822-CO of the COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PALMA DEL MAR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION NO. 3 OF ST. PETERSBURG, INC. is Plaintiff, and ELLA INVESTMENTS, AG; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 and UNKNOWN TENANT 2 are Defendants, Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: [x] www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 27th day of January, 2017 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 605, Building F, PALMA DEL MAR III, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 5023 page 2169, as amended, and as recorded in Condominium Book 42, pages 1 thru 16, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
