NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 10, 2017, and entered in Case No. 08-2015-CA-002829 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and PT Capital Investments LLC, Mary Ellen Welsh aka Mary E. Welsh, Unknown Party #1 N/K/A Charles J Brennan, Unknown Party #2 N/K/A Heather Workman, are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 9th day of February, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT(S) 17, BLOCK 3164 OF PORT CHARLOTTE, SECTION 51 AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 65A, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
