NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 27, 2016, entered in Civil Case No.: 2010CA10541 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ITS SUCCESSORS AND/OR ASSIGNS, Plaintiff, and JUAN RUIZ-TAGLE A/K/A JUAN RUIZ TAGLE; LUZ RUIS-TAGLE A/K/A LUZ RUIS TAGLE; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A LUZ HENAO; AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANT(S), WHO (IS/ARE) NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIM AS HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, SPOUSES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; SUNTRUST BANK; UNIVERSITY PLACE NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
ANGELINA COLONNESO, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 28th day of March, 2017, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 44, INDIGO RIDGE AT UNIVERSITY PLACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 75 THROUGH 83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
