NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 10, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-002875, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-4, MORTGAGE LOAN PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-4, is Plaintiff and KATIE MCCLUSKY A/K/A KATIE L. MCCLUSKY N/K/A KATIE DEAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KATIE MCCLUSKY A/K/A KATIE L. MCCLUSKY N/K/A KATIE DEAN, N/K/A KENNETH DEAN; MICHAEL C. MCCLUSKY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK , NA; REAL TIME RESOLUTIONS, INC., are defendants. Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, Clerk of Court for MANATEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 10TH day of FEBRUARY, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 7, WHITFIELD COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
