NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 15, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2016CA003198AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which U.S. Bank N.A., as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America N.A., as Trustee, successor by merger to LaSalle Bank N.A., as Trustee for Residential Asset Mortgage Products, Inc., Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-RP2, is the Plaintiff and Benjamin Shives a/k/a Ben L. Shives, City of Bradenton, Florida, Lisa Shives a/k/a Lisa A. Shives, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 14th day of February, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
