Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 21, 2014 , and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on December 8, 2016, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the office of Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 44, CORAL SHORES, UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 38 THROUGH 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on February 08, 2017 beginning at 11:00 AM.
