NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 11, 2017, entered in Case No. 2016CA002822in the Circuit Court in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein THE VILLAGE AT TOWNPARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and RALPH CEBALLOS, et al, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: 11:00 A.M. on February 14, 2017 ( ) www.manatee.realforeclose.com the Clerk's website for online auctions after first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 102, BLDG 11, OF THE VILLAGES AT TOWNPARK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OR BOOK 2057, PAGE 3888 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORDA, AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
