HOMEBANK MORTGAGE TRUST 2004-2 MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES SERIES 2004-2 is the Plaintiff and JERRY L. MCCART; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JERRY L. MCCART; ISOTEC INTERNATIONAL, INC. ; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A., FKA CAPITAL ONE BANK ; LVNV FUNDING LLC are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on April 18, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
