Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 10, 2016, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on January 10, 2017, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
THE WEST 105 FEET OF THE WEST 180 FEET OF TRACT 108, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 33, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF OF RECORD, IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 60, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, on February 9, 2017 beginning at 11:00 AM.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with this clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
