NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 9 day of January, 2017, in Civil Action No. 16-CC-000280, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which F. DELVA A/K/A FATIL DELVA, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE TO THE RED ROSE TRUST, AN EXECUTORY LAND TRUST; and JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, are the Defendants, and THE SHORES AT BERKSHIRE LAKES MASTER HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the third floor lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 9 day of February, 2017, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
Lot 39, Block E, of that certain subdivision known as SHORES AT BERKSHIRE LAKES, PHASE TWO-A, according to the map on plat thereof on file and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, in Plat Book 32, page(s) 60 and 61.
