NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 10, 2017, and entered in Case No. 11-2016-CA-000737 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee for Banc of America Alternative Loan Trust 2006-9 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-9 , is the Plaintiff and Luz Marina Valencia a/k/a Luz M. Marina, Paula A. Zuluaga, St. George One at Crown Pointe Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 9th day of February, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 1003, BUILDING 10, ST. GEORGE ONE AT CROWN POINTE, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2105, PAGE 827 THROUGH 919, INCLUSIVE, AND AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
