NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 9, 2017, and entered in 11-2016-CA-001260 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR BANC OF AMERICA MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC. MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2004-H is the Plaintiff and JOSE R. GORRITA; MARIA GORRITA; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; CITY OF MARCO ISLAND, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on February 9, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
