NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 10, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-001842, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT 2005-35CB , MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATE, SERIES 2005-35CB, (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER C. COX; LISA M. COX; BRIARWOOD PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; DOVER PARC CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT, are defendants. Dwight Brock, Clerk of Court for COLLIER, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the Lobby on the Third FLOOR of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 9 day of February, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 103, DOVER PARC, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, OF RECORD IN OFFICIAL
RECORD BOOK 1941, PAGES 149 THROUGH 225, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
