NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 20, 2016, in the above-styled cause, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the lobby of the third floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex located at 3315 Tamiami Trial East, Naples, FL 34112 beginning at 11:00 a.m. on February 9, 2017, the following described property:
Lot 24, Block F, BROOKSIDE SUBDIVISION, Unit 3, Plat No. 2, according to the plat thereof, of record in Plat Book 3, Page (s) 99, of the public records of Collier County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
