NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 26, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015CA-004184-0000-00, of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and RICHARD REGATEIRO, JR.; TRISH REGATEIRO; are defendants. STACY M. BUTTERFIELD, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.POLK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 23 day of February, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, HAINESPORT, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 88, PAGE 34, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
AND
ACREAGE LOT 1, RE-PLAT OF BLOCKS B, C, D AND E OF LAKE SIDE, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 60, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.1-21.5.
