SUTTLES, COVENANT TOMATO SALES,
INC., KEATON & ASSOC, P.C. and GULFSHORE PRODUCE, INC, Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash in the lobby on the 3rd Floor, Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at the hour of 11:00 a.m. on the 9th day of February, 2017, the following property:
LOTS 15, 16, 17 AND 18, BLOCK 49, OF NEWMARKET SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGES 104 AND 105, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
