Final Judgment was awarded on November 3, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2015CA003689000000, of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and DIANE LABELLE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DIANE LABELLE; ROSEMARY B. OFARRELL AKA ROSEMARY O'FARRELL; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A RACHEL HAGOOD; UNKNOWN TENANT 2 N/K/A CARTHOL HAGOOD; UNKNOWN TENANT 3 N/K/A RHONDA HGOOD are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com on February 1, 2017 at 10:00:00 AM the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
