Condominium Unit No. 43-A, of TIMBER OAKS, FAIRWAY VILLAS, CONDOMINIUM IV, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 997, at Page 1015, and as recorded in Plat Book 17, at Pages 12 through 15, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, as recorded in the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.

has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any to it, on Plaintiff's attorney, whose name is STARLETT M. Kennedy Blvd., Suite 200, Tampa, FL 33609, and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court within 30 days 2-20-17 from the first publication, or you will be defaulted and a judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
