Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on January 26, 2015, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on January 05, 2017, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, the office of Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LOT 311, THE ESTATES OF CHESTNUT CREEK NO. III, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH THE FOLLOWING: THAT PART OF LOT 312 AND TRACT L, THE ESTATES OF CHESTNUT CREEK NO. IV, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 22, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
