NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 58 2014 CA 000791 in the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein, The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the holders of the Certificates, First Horizon Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series FHAMS 2005-AA8, by First Horizon Home Loans, a division of First Tennessee Bank National Association, Master Servicer, in its capacity as agent for the Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement , Plaintiff, and, LINETTE D. WALKER A/K/A LINETTE D. WALKER -CORNELIUS, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at the hour of 09:00AM , on the 7th day of February, 2017, the following described property:
LOT 19285, 19286 AND 19287, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT NO. 73, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 61, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
