Final Judgment was awarded on January 9, 2017 in Civil Case No. 2016 CA 003081 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and ARIELLE ON PALMER RANCH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; WILLIAM E. CAMPBELL; BARBARA A. CAMPBELL; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A ANETTE BOGUSZ; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
