NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 9, 2017, entered in Case No. 2009 CA 009266 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein us bank national association as successor trustee to wachovia bank, national association, as trustee for wells fargo asset securities corporation, mortgage pass-through certificates series 2005-8 is the Plaintiff and WALDEN, MARTIN L; Martin L. Walden As Trustee Of The 1999 Walden Trust, Under Trust Agreement Dated September 22, 1999; Catherine Hohn-Walden As Trustee Of The 1999 Walden Trust, Under Trust Agreement Dated September 22, 1999; The Unknown Trustee Of The 1999 Walden Trust, Under Trust Agreement Dated September 22, 1999; Martin L Walden; Wells Fargo Bank, Na; The Duck Key Owners' Association, Inc.; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, And Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(S) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimant; US Bank National Association As Successor Trustee To Wachovia Bank, National Association, As Trustee For Wells Fargo Asset Securities Corporation, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2005-8 are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 13th day of February, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 27 OF THIRTEENTH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE(S) 12, 12A THROUGH 12F, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
