NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 10, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 009978 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT AS TRUSTEE OF ARLP SECURITIZATION TRUST SERIES 2015-1 is Plaintiff and ALEX LOCHEAD A/K/A ALEXANDER J. LOCHEAD; KRISTY LOCHEAD A/K/A KRISTY N. LOCHEAD A/K/A KRISTY N. SHARP; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. KAREN E. RUSHING, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 14 day of February, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 1849, 40TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 41, 41A THROUGH 41E, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
