McCabe, deceased, File Number 16-CP-003050, by the Circuit Court for Hillsborough County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida 33602; that the decedent's date of death was July 17, 2016; that the total value of the estate is $11,466.22 and that the names and addresses of those to whom it has been assigned by such order are:
