Plaintiff, vs. ODEL R. WISDOM, individually, and as Surviving Spouse of DEENA R. WISDOM, Deceased, and UNKNOWN HEIRS OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF DEENA R. WISDOM, DECEASED and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST DEENA R. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgement of Foreclosure dated January 12, 2017, entered in Civil Case No. 16-CA-001529 of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with section ยง45.031, Florida Statutes, on the 13 day of February, 2017, by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 a.m., the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot(s) 29, Block 13, UNIT 13, SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, according to the Plat thereof on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida, recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 74. Said lands situate, lying and being in Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
