NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated January 10, 2017 entered in Civil Case No. 29-2013-CA-002049 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-OA8, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OA8, Plaintiff and ANNETTE E.
